You can also search meetup.com and mamapedia.com for other fitness groups that meet in your neighborhood. I know that my Mom's Club has a group that meets weekly to walk with the tots and chat.
Even just setting up a regular time to meet with a friend to walk around the neighborhood will help keep you on track. Knowing that someone is waiting and will hold you accountable will help keep you on track! Good luck!
